Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
In the event something comes up and a scheduled cleaning needs to be rescheduled or canceled. We ask that our clients inform A 2 Bee Cleaning staff within two days of scheduled appointment.
When a client cancels with less than two day notice a fee of 50% for that service will be applied
If the scheduled cleaning is not rescheduled we may charge a higher rate for the next scheduled visit due to extra work needed to complete cleaning service.
**Full cancellations we ask for two week notice**.
Deposit Policy
A 25 dollar deposit is required up front and goes towards remaining balance.
